1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://topappstudio.com (“Site”) or any applications, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Top App Studio LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Terms of Service also serves as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for all applications distributed through Apple’s App Store.

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Top App Studio LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Services may require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store In-App Purchase system.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

  • Payment is handled by Apple, not directly by Top App Studio LLC

  • All purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or Apple policy

7. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the Services

  • Use the Services to distribute harmful or malicious content

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Top App Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited license to use the Services as described in Section 5.

9. User Content

If you submit or upload content through our Services:

  • You retain ownership of your content

  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display your content to operate and improve the Services

  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect our platform.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • That defects will be corrected

  • That the Services are free of viruses or harmful components

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top App Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top App Studio LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. App-Specific Terms

Certain applications operated by Top App Studio LLC may have additional terms and conditions. Those terms will supplement these Terms where applicable.

18. Apple Notice

Apple and the Apple App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. This EULA is between the user and Top App Studio LLC only. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
